This year we are waiting for the runners and visitors with a renewed image, the well-known distances and many novelties on the Debrecen International Airport's running track.
The aim of the race is to promote running and a healthy lifestyle among people who want to do sport, and to provide families with a relaxing opportunity to enjoy themselves in an exclusive environment. Participants will be able to get an insight into the life of Debrecen Airport and run where the planes usually go.
From 2022, in the name of equal opportunities, we have launched a 1 km sympathy race to give disabled people the opportunity to participate. Schaeffler is the main name sponsor of the race again this year, helping and supporting the participants.

It is important for children to become familiar with healthy lifestyles and sports outside of school at an early age, which is why we have been offering free running opportunities to primary and secondary school students as part of our "Looking for the most athletic schools" campaign for the past three years. Each year, 600 primary and secondary school students were able to register and run for free for sports vouchers. The average of the top 10 finishers from each school determines the final result, based on which Harro Höfliger Hungary Kft. awards the first three finishers in each category with sports vouchers worth a total of HUF 600,000.
