Online registration
We provide online registration in order to make the registration process of the running contest easier. We only accept registrations which were done at
site, and were applied by the contestant with the fee paid on Simple Pay via Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MaestroCard or American Express debit cards which allow online payments. You will recieve a confirmation about the registration immediately, so that You can be sure that it was successful
It is important to have a debit card that allows online payments. If you see a „Sikeres Fizetés [Successful payment]” message after the transaction, You will recieve a confirmation email to your inbox soon, which means your registration to the contest was successful. Keep in mind, that you can register for the fee which is valid on the day of the transaction.
Process of registration and its confirmation
You can start the registration after clicking „Online registration”, where You can register only yourself in case of the individual races, but for 4x2,5 km relay You can also register your teammates and yourself as well. Note, that in every case – individual or relay/family races as well – the correct data of the contestant must be given. Please for the email adress give an active one that is in in use, since after the registration You will recieve a confirmation email which would contain a QR code, that You would have to take personally (printed or in phone) with yourself for the registratiom. If you purchase more than one tickets, please do not forget to send the QR code to your friends or family members, since our colleagues can only give the starter package and the race number after scanning the QR code.
After providing the correct data, only payment remains. You will be redirected to OTP Simple Pay site after clicking „Fizetés [Confirm payment]”, where you can pay the registration fee or fees by providing your debit card information. If the payment was successful, a confirmation email would be sent for all the contestants own email address.

Other important information about registration
Registration is free for children under 6 years old, however we can not give starter package for them.
A family race team can be consisted by 3 people at minimum, and 5 people at maximum. In case of 3 and 4 people, family race team must have at least 1 parent, while for 5 people, 2 parents is needed.
It is not possible to change the size of the T-shirt after the registration, so we kindly ask the competitors to select and enter the final size according to the size chart below!

Transfer and modification of registration
On Debrecen Airport Run running contest, transfering a registration is not possible.
The transfer and modification of registrations cause serious extra administrative and organizational work for organizers, hence we can not ensure these modifications.
Since the transfer of registration is not possible, if You have already registered to the contest but you can not participate, You can pick up your starter package at Debrecen International Airport for 1 week after the contest. We can not pay money back in case of cancellation.
Company sign-up – “Run a Business”
Regarding the entries by company teams, the same entry fees apply as in the case of individual participants. If you wish to enter the 10-km relay as a company team, you can wear special (team) t-shirts for the event.
During the course of the registration process, you can also indicate if you wish to receive an invoice.
Invoice/Receipt request
You can request an invoice during the course of the registration process by clicking on the button számlaigénylés [invoice request], whereupon you will be sent the invoice as part of the confirmation e-mail message.
If you wish to receive the original hard copy of the invoice, please send your request to the address @ .
Means of payment
You may implement the payment of the entry fee(s) only on the online registration surface through bankcard transfer. For completing the registration and entry, you need to implement the payment. For this, you can use a Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MaestroCard, Maestro or AmericanExpress bank card or credit card.
There is no need to worry about using your card, as your personal details for implementing the online payment shall be handled on a secure electronic surface.
Parking information
FREE parking is available during the course of the event in the area identified in “Parkoló térkép”
Arrival by public transport, bicycle
The venue of the event can be reached by bus and bicycle. Those arriving by bus can find the schedule planned for the event on the DKV website.
We provide guarded storage for those arriving by bike. Secure parking for bikes is provided.
Dressing opportunity
At the event venue, we provide “Dressing Room” tents which are indicated on the “Event Map”. We provide separate tents for women and men.
Cloakroom
We provide a cloakroom/checkroom at the event venue, which is indicated on the “Event Map”.
Food and beverage
Runners and visitors can choose from a variety of quality street foods and beverages during the event.

Medical information about the competition
We will provide medical care at the venue on the day of the competition for the duration of the event, the exact location is marked with the point “EÜ / Ambulance” on the event map. We also draw the attention of the participants that everyone attends the running competition at their own risk.
In addition to all the positive physiological effects of running, there may be some risks, so be sure to keep the following in mind:
For longer distances, it is important that you attend the event with adequate physical condition.
If you feel unwell, injured, or have fever, please do not attend the event to protect the health of yourself and others.
Any unusual feeling you have while completing your chosen distance, slow down, stop if necessary, ask for help!
Don’t put on your new running shoes first for the race as it may cause discomfort.
And when you get to the finish line, just smile, you've completed it!

1. How can I register or sign up for the event?

2. Do visitors need to register for the event?
Visitors and attendants have the opportunity to participate in the event free of charge and support the competitors without registration.
3. How can I take over my starter package and number?
This year, packages/start numbers can only be collected by showing the QR code received in the confirmation e-mail. Our colleagues cannot hand over the package and start number without showing the QR. You can read more about this in the "Registration and information" menu.
4. If I cannot participate in the race, can somebody else take my place and compete?
Yes, under your registration, but we cannot overwrite the data.
5. Why is it possible to make modifications concerning team members while it is not possible to transfer an individual registration?
Because team member modification does not involve a financial transaction. The amount paid is not changed by changing the team member.
6. What can I do if I cannot participate in the event although I have registered before?
You can receive the race packet belonging to the ticket purchased through the registration process for 1 week after the event at Debrecen International Airport by presenting the confirmation e-mail message you have received.
7. Is there a refund if I cannot participate in the race although I have registered for it?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to refund any amount you have paid for the ticket purchased unless the purchase has been duplicated.
8. By mistake, I have registered twice and paid the entry fee also twice.
If the payment has been duplicated, the surplus amount may be kept on an account that you can use for registration again next year, or it can be transferred back to an account that you identify for this purpose.
9. Is it possible to park on the premises for free?
Yes, we will make sure that there is free parking available on the premises during the course of the event. Check out the location of the parking lot in Race map.
10. Can I change on the premises?
Yes, there will be “Öltöző” tents on the premises available for changing purposes, for men and women separately. Race map
